Kimbolton Connect – Degree Apprenticeships
Kimbolton Connect creates opportunities for degree apprenticeships by connecting pupils, leading employers, OKs (Old Kimboltonians) and parents.
It is an initiative which supports both talent development and workforce needs.
For employers, Kimbolton Connect is a unique way to connect with talented young people, working in partnership with Kimbolton School’s Careers Department.
New! Kimbolton Futures Project
We’re seeking an employer partner to deliver an engaging four-week industry challenge for our Sixth Form pupils.
Pupils will tackle a real business problem, developing creative solutions with guidance from industry professionals.
The multidisciplinary project will bring the workplace into the classroom, building confidence, employability skills and commercial awareness across areas including business, technology, design, marketing, engineering and sustainability.
For employers, it’s an opportunity to inspire future talent, raise your organisation’s profile, strengthen community partnerships and contribute directly to developing the next generation of professionals.

There are many different ways to get involved with supporting our broader careers programme, including:
- Delivering a career or industry insight talk.
- Joining a subject-specific talk or panel discussion.
- Offering workplace visits or work experience placements.
- Conducting mock interviews.
- Mentoring pupils.
- Raising your profile via school events, newsletters or social media.
- Kimbolton Connect – Employer Discovery Programme for Degree Apprenticeships.
