Our commitment to our families
For those who choose to apply with the support of an education agent, the information below outlines our commitment to the UK Agent Quality Framework and the standards we expect from our consultant partners.
Our pledge
We are committed to the UK Agent Quality Framework (AQF) and pledges to maintain the highest standards of agent management, ensuring the UK remains a leading study destination for international students.
Through this pledge we commit to:
- Empowering student choice and enabling informed decision making.
- Ensuring good agent governance and professionalism.
- Promoting ethical agent practices, professional knowledge and competency.
- Increasing transparency and accountability.
Educational consultants
Choosing the right school for your child, particularly when they will be studying overseas, is an important decision. For some families, working with an experienced educational consultant can provide valuable guidance and support, from identifying suitable schools to navigating the application and admissions process.
Kimbolton School works with a trusted network of educational consultants who support families considering a UK education. We expect all consultants representing or referring families to Kimbolton to act professionally, transparently and in the best interests of the child.
Our educational consultant partners are expected to adhere to the National Code of Ethical Practice for UK Education Agents and follow the Good Practice Guide for UK Education Agents Partnering for Quality.
Students and families
If you choose to work with an educational consultant or agent, it is important to understand their role, the support they can provide and the standards you should expect.
The following resources have been created to help students, parents and families understand how education agents support applications to UK schools, what you can expect from them throughout the process, and the professional standards they should follow.
We work with a select number of educational consultants, if you have any complaints regarding agent conduct, please contact our Admissions team: admissions@kimboltonschool.com.
