At Kimbolton, our people make the difference.

Our teachers are inspiring, imaginative and dedicated, bringing learning to life and nurturing every pupil’s academic and personal growth. Through ongoing professional development and collaboration, we encourage our staff to innovate, reflect and continually enhance their teaching and pastoral practice.

Our non-teaching staff are equally central to the school’s success — from catering and estates to admissions, finance and IT — each plays a vital part in creating the supportive, professional and friendly environment that makes Kimbolton special.

We offer a wide range of career opportunities, including full-time, part-time and term-time-only roles, all within a community that values excellence, wellbeing and personal fulfilment.

The School recognises that an important element in safeguarding our pupils is a robust recruitment process that incorporates measures to deter, reject, or identify people who might abuse children, or who are otherwise unsuited to work with them.

In addition, government guidance, Safeguarding Children – Keeping Children Safe in Education Sept 2024, specifically Part 3, and guidance from the National Minimum Standards for Boarding Schools, informs the basis of school policy. For further information see our Safe Recruitment Policy.
