Kimbolton teachers are inspiring, imaginative, conscientious and focused on holistic student development. Through ongoing CPD, we empower academic staff to enhance their teaching and pastoral skills.

Through an extensive co-curricular activities our teaching team delivers our trademark all-round education.

We expect teachers to be fully involved in the extra-curricular life of our school, encouraging pupils in their wider development through music, sport, drama, art, CCF, clubs, societies and trips. Sometimes these are out-of-hours, at weekends or during school holidays.

Non-teaching staff are a valued part of our team and contribute significantly to our positive school culture. We offer a range of roles, spanning part-time, full-time and term-time only.

Marketing & Admissions Manager (deadline noon, 24/01/2025)

An exciting opportunity has arisen to appoint a Marketing & Admissions Manager who will be responsible for managing both marketing and admissions processes to ensure a seamless and effective journey for prospective families. The Marketing & Admissions Department is a dynamic and integral part of Kimbolton School, responsible for promoting the school’s ethos, values, and opportunities to prospective families and external audiences. Reporting directly to the Director, the Marketing & Admissions Manager serves as the deputy leader, playing a key role in operationalising strategy, managing the day-to-day activities of the team, and driving initiatives to enhance the school’s visibility and reputation.

Lunchtime Supervisor (deadline 9.00am, 27/01/2025)

We are looking to appoint a Lunchtime Supervisor to join our friendly catering team from February 2025. You will work within the Dining Hall at the Preparatory School during the lunchtime period supervising all pupils from Reception to Year 6.

The hours of work are: 11.25 hours per week, 33 weeks per year. Monday to Friday 11.45am – 2.00pm

With a start date of September 2025, we are seeking to appoint an outstanding, dynamic and suitably experienced individual who can establish a department which delivers high quality teaching and inspires pupils wishing to study Psychology.  

We offer a competitive salary scale and the successful applicant would be placed at the appropriate point on this scale, depending on their experience and qualifications.
