OKA details update

We are keen to stay in touch with Kimbolton School alumni.  Your data is held and used in accordance with the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998. This explains in more details how the OKA and the School handles and uses your data.

Records are used for OKA relations and fundraising purposes.  These include publications, surveys, appeals and the marketing of events.  Communications may be sent by post, telephone or electronic mail.

Most records contain personal and employment details, communications and relationships with the School and details of any donations made.  Sensitive data you provide for a specific purpose, (e.g. dietary requirements for event management), reference to your areas of interest and potential to support the school, and details of your education, career and other achievements.

Your data may be passed to another Old Kimboltonian for the purposes of organising a reunion, an event or sports team.

Your data will never be passed to a third party to use for marketing purposes.
