A warm and welcoming home from home for Prep Pupils
Kim Club offers before and after-school care for our Prep School pupils, providing a safe, nurturing, and enjoyable environment. Designed as a “home from home,” it ensures children receive quality care, nutritious meals, and engaging activities tailored to their needs.
The breakfast session begins at 7:30am, featuring a delicious and healthy breakfast prepared by our Prep School catering team. Afterward, children can play until 8:30am, when Lower Prep pupils are escorted to their classrooms, and older pupils head to the Courtyard and play areas.
In the afternoon, the Club welcomes Lower Prep pupils from 4pm. They enjoy a light tea of sandwiches, fruit, and drinks, followed by activities like arts and crafts, board games, reading, or supervised outdoor play during warmer months. From 5pm, older pupils join after their supervised prep or clubs for similar refreshments and activities.
Kim Club finishes at 6pm, ensuring a smooth transition from school to home for busy families.
Cost
Please see our Fees page. Kim Club fees may be paid using childcare vouchers (issued by and arranged through employers).

Online bookings/cancellations can be made via the links below, or by calling the Prep Office on 01480 860281.
Please note, any booked Kim Club sessions must be cancelled prior to the session starting in order not to be charged.
