Beyond school
Beyond Kimbolton
In Senior School, we offer careers guidance as part of our PSHE programme, in the Third to Fifth Form (Year 9 – 11).
All pupils benefit from a profiling test (Fourth Form/Year 10), which creates in a personal Careers Guidance Report.
Once in Fifth Form/Year 11, this provides a basis for an individual interview with a visiting Careers Guidance Institute-qualified interviewer.
Fifth Formers also gain Morrisby membership which provides access to a lifelong range of resources and guidance.
Pupils and parents are welcome in the Careers Room to research and discuss careers options. Appointments are not necessary.
We do not operate a formal Work Experience programme but we encourage and support all pupils to arrange work experience, where possible, in the school holidays.
“We encourage all pupils to look ahead and be in a position to make good, informed choices about their futures. We have excellent resources in the Careers Room in the Castle.”

Old Kimboltonians’ Association
Your Kimbolton story doesn’t end here.
The Kimboltonian community extends far beyond Sixth Form, and to all corners of the globe. You will be part of a close-knit year group with shared memories that will stay with you for life.
The Old Kimboltonians’ Association (OKA) holds three main social events each year: the London Dinner, the Summer Reunion and OKA Ball, plus the Annual Dinner.
These key events are supplemented by smaller regional reunions, year group reunions, and informal drinks in London.
“Kimbolton School has a remarkable spirit amongst its leavers that is highly valued by those walking through the Gatehouse for the last time and returning in later years.” OKA Alumni Officer
