OKA details update

Records are used for managing relations with the Old Kimboltonians’ Association and the School, and for fundraising purposes. We may use them to create and send publications, surveys, appeals and for the marketing of events. Communications may be sent by post, telephone or digitally.


Records may contain contact details (e.g. phone numbers or email addresses), personal and employment details, contacts with the School and details of any donations made, sensitive data you provide for a specific purpose, (e.g. dietary requirements for event management), reference to your areas of interest and potential to support the school, and details of your education, career and other achievements.
 

Your data will never be passed to a third party or to anyone who is not working on behalf of Kimbolton School or the OKA.
