Through an extensive co-curricular activities our teaching team delivers our trademark all-round education.
We expect teachers to be fully involved in the extra-curricular life of our school, encouraging pupils in their wider development through music, sport, drama, art, CCF, clubs, societies and trips. Sometimes these are out-of-hours, at weekends or during school holidays.
Non-teaching staff are a valued part of our team and contribute significantly to our positive school culture. We offer a range of roles, spanning part-time, full-time and term-time only.

Kimbolton School is seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated and professional Lifeguard Team Leader to join our team. Based at our well-equipped swimming pool, this is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the daily operation of a busy and vibrant facility that serves both the School community and the wider public.
As Lifeguard Team Leader, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all pool users. You will support the Pool Managers in the day-to-day running of the facility, including supervising staff, delivering high-quality customer service, and maintaining health and safety standards.

Outdoor Education Instructor & DofE Coordinator (deadline 9.00am, 02/07/2025)
We are seeking a passionate, dynamic, and experienced Outdoor Educator Instructor and Duke of Edinburgh Co-ordinator to lead and deliver a wide range of outdoor education activities and to manage the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award programme, ensuring enriching and safe experiences for our students. This role is pivotal in developing pupils’ resilience, leadership, and personal development through experiential outdoor learning.
This is a part-time role with scope for negotiation on the number of hours per week, but likely to be in the range of 20 hours over three consecutive or non-consecutive days during school term time, plus time on expeditions (practice and assessed for Bronze, Silver and Gold).
