Day-to-day enquiries and concerns

Your first point of contact is your child’s form tutor, who will be able to answer most questions.

The start and end of the day are busy times for staff so, for anything other than simple queries, you may be asked to make an appointment via the school office. Messages can also be conveyed via your child’s diary (Lower Prep) or homework diary (Upper Prep).

Alternatively, you may request a meeting with the Head of Prep (or the Senior Deputy, or Head of Lower Prep) to discuss any matter relating to school.

School magazines

Our annual magazine, ‘The Kim Prep Press’, contains reports of school events, children’s work and photographs from the previous academic year.

One child from each family is given a copy to take home. Its sister magazine, ‘The Kimboltonian’, is published bi-annually by the Senior School and the Autumn edition is also distributed to every family.
