Kimbolton teachers are inspiring, imaginative, conscientious and focused on holistic student development. Through ongoing CPD, we empower academic staff to enhance their teaching and pastoral skills.
Through an extensive co-curricular activities our teaching team delivers our trademark all-round education.
We expect teachers to be fully involved in the extra-curricular life of our school, encouraging pupils in their wider development through music, sport, drama, art, CCF, clubs, societies and trips. Sometimes these are out-of-hours, at weekends or during school holidays.
Non-teaching staff are a valued part of our team and contribute significantly to our positive school culture. We offer a range of roles, spanning part-time, full-time and term-time only.

An opportunity has arisen to appoint a full-time Grounds Person to join our Grounds team at Kimbolton School. The successful candidate will have an understanding of the complexities brought about by the changes in seasons/weather and be able to work as a member of a small, committed team in looking after the School’s beautiful parkland estate.
