Private swimming pool hire

Many local schools, swimming clubs and organisations hire Kimbolton Swimming Pool. We also offer very popular party hire packages perfect for birthdays and celebrations.

Birthday parties

Come and have a splashing time! Float Fun parties are suitable for children of all ages.

Available on Saturdays from 1:00pm or during school holidays.
Party hirers get exclusive use of the pool for 55 minutes, which includes lifeguard cover.
Floats, toys and balls are kept in the shallow end for all to enjoy.
The deep end is left empty and only accessible to strong, competent swimmers.
Children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult in the water. One adult may accompany up to four children per party.
The maximum capacity for pool parties is 40 swimmers including any adults.

Foyer hire

We can accommodate 20 children seated or slightly more if you opt to use the area without chairs/tables.
Use this space to enjoy light refreshments (provided by you) and to exchange party gifts and favours.
You are welcome to bring your own decorations.

Private pool hire

From swimming clubs looking for extra training, to local community groups or organisers seeking a venue for a swimming camp, Kimbolton Swimming Pool is available for private hire throughout the year.

We welcome regular weekly hires or one-off hires and the pool can be set to a competitive layout with wave-reduction lane ropes and starting blocks. All hires are for 60 minutes and lifeguard cover is included in the price.

Local school hire

We are proud to support the ‘Learn to Swim’ programme in our local schools by offering pool hire at a discounted rate.

Local school hire is available throughout the year, subject to the Kimbolton School timetable. All pool hire includes lifeguard cover and the use of swimming teaching aids, including floats, woggles and dive sticks.
