Courses for adults and children
One-to-one/two-to-one lessons (adults and children)
All sessions will be led by a fully qualified swimming instructor and are open to adults and children of all swimming abilities.
Lessons will be tailored to the needs of the swimmer(s) and are a fantastic way to boost confidence or improve a specific technique or skill.
Lessons are 30 minutes.
Learn to dive
These sessions are designed to teach children how to dive safely and correctly from the poolside and where abilities allow they will be given the opportunity to learn to dive from a starting block used in a competitive environment.
Children must be able to swim 25 metres and be confident in the deep water.
Water safety (children aged 8-12)
We teach participants how to make themselves and others safe, in and around any water-based activity. Sessions cover survival and rescue skills within a pool environment and water safety.
