Prep School parents’ handbook
Welcome to Kimbolton School
Welcome
It is my pleasure to welcome you into the Kimbolton Prep School community and I hope that this is the start of a happy and fulfilled relationship with us. The Prep School team and I are looking forward to guiding your child through the very important first years of their education.
The Parents’ Handbook provides detailed information regarding the school’s structures, processes and procedures. It should enable you to feel confident and well equipped in navigating your child through their first term and beyond. I hope the information contained in the Handbook is a source of reassurance and a useful point of reference throughout the school year as required.
Your child’s form tutor will be your first point of contact for the coming year and I am confident you will quickly build up a relationship with them. It is very important for us to know each pupil as an individual and naturally the partnership between home and school is one we consider vital in ensuring the highest possible quality of educational provision.
If there are any items which you feel are not covered in this Handbook, please do get in touch as we would be happy to clarify anything and are very open to feedback. We want nothing more than for you, and your child, to feel settled with us as quickly as possible.
This is an exciting time to be joining Kimbolton School and I am looking forward to developing strong relationships with you and your children in the coming years.
